✅ All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
✅ A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required
❌ Items on sale/discount, customized orders, or final clearance are not eligible for return
We accept returns for the following reasons:

Damaged or defective item received
Product significantly different from the description

Once your return is received and inspected:

✅ Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

If you'd like a size exchange or a replacement item, we can arrange that subject to availability.
You may cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting us immediately.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return under this policy.
